Fruit in No Time

• Investigated methods to control ripening of fruits using ethylene
• Programmed an Arduino interface to simplify user experience
• Integrated parts created through additive manufacturing and laser cutting processes

• Converted a drill press into a plastic injection molding machine 
• Designed and implemented a control system for thermocouple and heating block
• Calculated amount of thermal expansion and ensured tolerances agreed

• Developed CAD model in SolidWorks and programmed commands with Arduino 
• Integrated circuitry and applied system analysis to ensure proper execution
• Collaborated with 4 team members to optimize servo motor controlled features
